The skid car system allows you to lose control at low speed giving you the time to process what happens and the time to learn how to deal with it. Your instructor will progressively create understeer and oversteer to help you understand how this relates to a high speed loss of control on the real roads. You will get a real drivers experience of what it takes to identify a life threatening situation.
